After using numerous massage therapists throughout my life all around the world to treat injuries, tired and sore muscles and tight body parts I can honestly say with 100% confidence that Anne is without a doubt one of the best massage therapists in the industry. She is lovely, easy going and professional! Can not recommend more. I don't know what I could to without her.
I found Anne after searching locally for a post-quarantine trainer. She's been very flexible in location and with times and dates for our sessions. She's incredibly knowledgable when it comes to exercises that work very well for my needs, ability and desired fitness outcome. I've been grateful to have found a trainer that can push me to my limits but also be understanding if needed on a tough day.
