Anne King is the real deal. She is someone I immediately recommend to friends and colleagues. For a number of years I had a severe eczema reaction to dairy within 1 to 2 days of eating it. I have now gone 5 days, purposely consuming much dairy (half and half, cheese, etc.) with NO ill effects. I decided to try gluten also. I suffer digestive issues with it. It seems that is now gone. Had a brilliant experience with Anne! I felt really comfortable in her presence and left the sessions feeling more grounded, confident and less anxious. My body felt deeply relaxed after receiving hypnosis from Anne. I also really enjoyed Anne’s practical tips regarding dealing with stress.
