I had an ACL repair 30 years ago and was still struggling with pain, but over the course of three months with Victor Kollar I recovered my strength and mobility and eliminated 99% of my pain. I can't say enough good things about Victor, he managed to teach me how to do the right exercises and which ones to avoid so that I could manage a knee with half the meniscus and 85% mobility. Now I feel confident I can make it to age 70 without worrying that I need to have an operation to replace the joint.
