I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to help people with their pain for the past 27 years. I specialise in an effective method of Muscle/Ligament Manipulation and Realignment, Deep Tissue Remedial/Sports Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. I also use a T.E.N’s machine to help speed up the recovery process, healing tears, increasing circulation and promoting flexibility and strength into the muscles & ligaments. Anne is absolutely lovely! She’s super knowledgeable and professional, with incredible skill in everything from relaxation to deep tissue and remedial massage. Her space is warm, welcoming, and private, making every session feel truly special. I always leave feeling refreshed, restored, and super relaxed. She has helped me with my stiff neck, which I struggled with for years. Since seeing Anne, my pain is completely gone and only flares up occasionally when I’m super stressed. I can’t recommend her enough!
