Do not feel much was done to address our issue. Definitely would not recommend to others.
I am writing this review in regards to the great communication I had with Bonnie. I have contacted (email & calling) multiple facilities in order to receive information on how to "Adopt a Senior" for Christmas, or any sort of Volunteer activities that are available to partake in. Bonnie at the Department of Aging & Disabilities took my call yesterday & by this morning, she had an answer for me. I appreciate Bonnie for being so sweet & responding so quickly with the answer I was looking for. Thank YOU Bonnie!
