Please read Jessica Smith’s review first! The exact same thing just happened to my wife and I. I was charged $162 for a couples massage and put a tip of $28 to round up to $190. Both ladies surprisingly were offended by this tip and asked me to tip more! I think she wanted a $40 tip but their English is bad. Very good massage. Quick and attentive to appointment. Would recommend to friends and family.
The massage was good. However, at the end of my massage I was slapped on my back letting me know we’re “finished”. Which was the last thing I would’ve wanted after trying to relax. Literally triggering my nervous system. Then when it was time for me to pay I was Hovered over by two employees while I filled out the tip portion. Which I was tipping in cash, they both pointed at the receipt and started saying “tip , tip, tip” while I’m literally holding cash in my hand. I was so uncomfortable. My husband gifted me a couples massage for my birthday and it was fantastic! I wanted more of a relaxing massage while he got a deep tissue. They delivered on that as well as tailored the massages for the areas we indicated were problem areas. We left feeling much better then we arrived, highly recommend!
