Very good visit with the Annapolis VEIP today! Convenient and easy to find location, personable and efficient staff. There was a little wait, but once the staff detected the lines growing, they promptly opened another lane. I definitely recommend this location. They also have a VEIP kiosk right out front if you prefer self service. Options!
Self service emissions testing is the way to go. Available 24/7. Sometimes there is a wait, but the line moves fairly quickly.
My vehicle required emissions inspection. I went to the inspection station and got in line. A lady from line one came up to the car and asked if I wanted to do the testing myself. I told her I did not know how. She said "Pull into Lane one and I'll show you". It was easy. And I saved $4
When I arrived, all test booths were open. The gentleman helping me was kind and fast.
