Had our rig down for 6 months for our 56’ sailboat with a work list that was reviewed at least 5 times by email and every week for the last 2 months with owner Jay face to face Spinnaker pole, SSB insulators for backstay, and lightning rod were not ordered until last minute and were not available when rig was put up - this was neglect ( not supply chain delays) Ripped Genoa installing it on furler At least 5 straight cotter pins were installed without a bend at deck level Sloppy work at upper spreader - see photo below - sta... read more

Everyone's nice to you when there's a lot of money to be made. Far fewer are so nice when a small thing to them is a big thing to you. Thankfully, Jay and Brian at Annapolis Rigging see how a small thing to them can be a big WooHoo! to a customer. I was such a customer today, and Brian fixed me up perfectly. When I have work that they and others would consider big, this is the first place I'll go.

After weeks trying to get ahold of another rigger I called Annapolis Rigging Co, and spoke to a knowledgeable rigger in minutes. It was a completely hassle free experience. He gave me the information I needed and was even ready to schedule work that week. Unfortunately, just due to the extra travel costs and small project I had he suggested I try working with a competitor who was local to my marina, which I did.
