I had the pleasure of meeting Jack at the beginning of this year. He was able to guide me in a way that I was able to work out and fix my issues on my own as opposed to just telling me what to do. I'm now able to use the tools and training he taught me to continue my growth as a person and as a better husband and father and family member to all of those involved in my life.

Jack helped me identify the root of my anxiety and depression. It wasn't the usual couch sessions that I had experienced in other counseling but a deeper more emotion centered practice. It was incredible how out of tune I was with my own emotions and Jack helped me become aware of that and address some of the core emotional causes of my present day behaviors. I highly recommend Jack aw a therapist.

I contacted Jack specifically for marriage counseling service, which he confirmed he offers. In reality after 8 sessions of him only listening and not giving feedback we attempted to get some initial guidance and recommendations how to improve our relationship and save the marriage. At this point he said we actually were doing phcychoterapy and he needs more sessions and time to give us answers. I started seeing Jack roughly two years ago, when I was going through a particularly diffucult time in my life and my relationships with my family. Jack has help me recognize the root causes of my anxiety, help me understand the emotional barricades I was unable to overcome and navigate through past and present situations to where I now. Jack has helped me tremendously. He really takes the time to connect with you. There are a lot of misconceptions with therapy. What I have learned while seeing Jack is that it takes a lot of work within yourself to learn your own truths and to reach your goals of what you want in life and to heal. He really helps you dig deep within yourself as scary as that sounds. I have learned so much about acceptance, courage, and truth. Five stars isn’t even enough.
