Sally and her team were incredible helping to fit our boat to the exact motor shaft length, even visiting the boat to measure in person to take measurements. I contacted Sally at Annapolis Hybrid Marine with questions about Epropulsion motors. She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient, answering all of my questions. She even researched the specs of my boat to insure we ordered the right motor. Excellent customer service and very quick email responses. Zero pressure sales, it took me about 10 days to make my decision and I never felt pressured nor "harrassed". I strongly recommend doing business with them and I will definitely be a customer for life.
Incredible customer service. They were so helpful helping me to determine the model and shaft length needed for my boat. In addition, they walked me through set up and running of the motor.
