I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth! I saw her for myofascial massage and craniosacral therapy, and she brought me the relief I had been seeking for years. She’s professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, making every session both effective and relaxing. Absolutely worth the hour drive—hands down the best decision I’ve made for my wellness!
