Very bad customer service. I ordered from anna hariri about 3 years ago and spent about 400 dollars. I never got the package. I contacted them asking to refund my money and they did not reply after weeks of contacting then they gave me a 400 dollar gift card to spend only on there site. I bought a few abayas and I got them Allhumdullilah. None of the dresses on their site caught my eye but I still wanted to finish my balance on the gift card. But it turns out that its expired. I ordered a dress for the holidays in advance. Despite confirming the delivery time, the item never arrived. After waiting patiently, they refunded my money at the last minute, citing stock issues. This left me extremely disappointed, as I had planned to wear the dress for the Eid. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment was unacceptable. I hope they improve their inventory management and customer service to avoid similar situations in the future.
Annah Hariri is a scam! I bought 2 garments for Ramadan Eid celebrations. First of all, they're garments are being shipped from over seas now. Both garments were sent separately. The garment delivered yesterday was not a pictured. False advertisement! Then I received a delivery at 2:22am this morning that was stolen. Who makes deliveries at 2 something in the morning? They don't answer the phone or emails. $150.00 down the drain. They need to be shut down immediately!
Never buy from them. Cheap stuff from China
