I received my order just yesterday (April 14) that was placed on Feb 25 2025, after sending many requests for refund, as I wanted the dresses before Eid.Anyhow its here, happy with the quality and make of the dresses. But not happy with their customer service and delivery services as I got charged for customs 40 bucks through DHL.
Zero stars! Recently saw their ads again and I wonder why and how they're still in business. Bought 5 dresses from them and they never shipped them. They answered my first 2 emails then started ignoring me. I contacted my credit card to tell them this was fraud and they asked me for proof that I tried contacting the company. Once I sent them all the documents, I miraculously received my shipment with 4 dresses the "same" as the ones I ordered and one completely destroyed dress that went straight to the garbage. One of the worst return experience ever. If you ever buy from here make sure return will be a nightmare. Their phone number doesn't work also they ship from outside USA. I sent back the dresses because they are too long. I am one of those people who is on the shorter side but the dresses were not bad at least quality was fine in my opinion that's why I gave an extra star. Sadly, as Muslims we should always have good opinion about our brothers and sisters, but my shopping experience with Annah Hariri is really unpleasant. I originally followed this page to support the owner, as she is a reverted Muslim according to her CLAIM.
