Ordered from here 6 years ago and never received my order. Was communicating via email when suddenly the address was no longer found. Even today when you go to their website it doesn’t work anymore
Two of my orders never received. First one January or 2025 and second one was on June 2025, bank dispute one but the other one I can’t even dispute. Each transaction was almost $200. Can’t call them , not responding to my email.
Fraud alert!! I have ordered from them 3years ago and everything was fine. So I ordered four dresses from them this time but they never came!! I kept emailing them and they come up with weird replies. Its has been four months already and now they have stopped responding. Do waste your money!
Fraud Alert: I spent nearly $500 on two orders that never arrived. When I contacted customer service, they gave reassuring responses, just long enough for the dispute window to close. After that, they completely stopped replying. I’m honestly shocked. This store used to be amazing with great quality, but now it has become the definition of a scam. They’ll take your money and disappear. Just look at all the other reviews… the warning signs are everywhere. Avoid at all costs.
The worst experience ever. This page is completely a fraud page. I ordered in Jan 2025 for 2 dresses and have not received till now which is April 2025. Even after so many follow ups there is no proper response from their team. They are sending an email which says your order is dispatched from Egypt but it’s never dispatched from there. They are misleading and giving false information. Please never buy or order from this website. It’s completely fraud and they are not even processing my refund too. Worst ! Worst! Worst!
