Fraud alert!! I have ordered from them 3years ago and everything was fine. So I ordered four dresses from them this time but they never came!! I kept emailing them and they come up with weird replies. Its has been four months already and now they have stopped responding. Do waste your money!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered 3 dresses on the first day of Ramadan, hoping to wear them for Eid-ul-Fitr. The order took nearly two months to arrive, and during that time, I received no updates or responses despite reaching out multiple times to their support team. The worst experience ever. This page is completely a fraud page. I ordered in Jan 2025 for 2 dresses and have not received till now which is April 2025. Even after so many follow ups there is no proper response from their team. They are sending an email which says your order is dispatched from Egypt but it’s never dispatched from there. They are misleading and giving false information. Please never buy or order from this website. It’s completely fraud and they are not even processing my refund too. Worst ! Worst! Worst!
AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I give this customer service a zero rating! Last time to order anything from them. Placed my order over a month ago and hasn’t left Egypt yet!! They promised to be delivered before Eid!! No one is responding to my emails or WhatsApp. Phone is probably a scam too, as no one picks up there!!
