Today, my grad and her dress entourage had the pleasure of shopping and saying "YES!" to her dream dress!!! Got my beautiful grad dress here! Employee's are so helpful and sweet
I went to this store with my mom to find a prom dress, and the experience was honestly terrible. Aside from one staff member who was actually helpful, the rest of the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and clearly didn’t care about doing their jobs. We spent a long time browsing and were visibly holding multiple dresses, yet no one bothered to acknowledge us, offer help, or even check in. Out of all the stores I visted for an evening gown. Best and friendliest customer service. Also more reasonable prices/sales. I can see why they were busy.
We had a great experience here with Hassan. My daughter had never tried on any dresses before and had no idea what she was looking for. Hassan really gave us amazing service and helped her find the perfect dress for grad. Thank you again! We will be coming back here for sure.
