I bought my wedding dress at Anabelle Prom! First store I visited and voila got my dream wedding dress. Fergus assisted me all the way and got the idea of the gown thru my pinterest screenshots. Without her, I wouldn't found it. Very satisfied customer. Thumbs up!
Me and my friend went to this store today to look at different styles of dresses for our university graduation next year. As we walked through the store, my friend found a beautiful ball gown dress. As we were looking at it, the sales lady unhelpfully stated "That's too much for a University grad. Most people go simplier" with a judgey tone. Expensive dresses from what I was looking at. $700-1000 I'm a size 20. They had a section in the back. Which makes a gal feel chunky. But what they had if you want the big poofy they just didn't have it. The change rooms. Were dirty like maybe the carpets should get steamed. A little wash on the curtains. Nice friendly staff.
I do not recommend this store because they don’t offer refunds and don’t even warn you about it. Avoid this place.
Extremely disappointed with this store. I bought a dress from Annabelle Prom in perfect condition with tags and a receipt, but they refused to accept a return only a day later. The staff was unhelpful and showed no understanding or flexibility. This was a waste of nearly $200 for a dress that I won’t wear. I do NOT recommend this store. Be careful — they don’t stand behind their products and have terrible customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
