Anna is excellent. She met me where I was (overweight, high cholesterol) and worked with me to make small, manageable changes that have built up over time such that I feel very much on track to being healthier. She is very supportive and cheers my successes, but is also honest about mistakes and poor strategies I've used in the past. I can't recommend her highly enough.
I worked with Anna to figure out what foods were triggering my never-ending stomach issues. She was supportive throughout the process and provided realistic nutrition guidance along the way.
Anna has helped me to start eating properly to control my diabetes and my weight. Through her efforts I have been able to reduce my A1C and lose over 30 pounds since August.
