Anna Kaytes Boutique has a great selection of clothing, and they are always willing to help with sizing questions, which makes shopping with them so much easier. I’ve also seen complaints about the store credit policy, but their return policy is clearly stated multiple times. They are upfront about it, and it’s not fair to blame the boutique when someone simply did not take the time to read the policy before purchasing. They’ve been transparent, helpful, and offer a great overall shopping experience.
Excellent selection with excellent customer service. I was able to call in state what I had gotten in the wrong size for my wife and they put the right size in hold for me.
The cutest little boutique with a little bit of everything. Me and my daughter love it.
I ordered a pair of jeans and I was not impressed with the quality or the color. Come to find out, you only get a gift card when you return. I'm not happy shopping at a place that keeps your money when you return items. I will not shop here again for that reason.
