Im a real estate agent who worked on a transaction where Anna was the lender and she completely dropped the ball, causing my client to lose their entire Earnest Money Deposit. She wouldn't answer emails or calls from any of the parties involved (including her own clients), and she missed every deadline. From my perspective she was negligent and caused real monetary damages to the client.
