I have gone twice now! Anna is amazing. The first visit, she took the time to find out my pain and my goals physically so we could create a plan for relief. Her technique works wonders!
Anna knows what she is doing. This isn't just a rub down, Anna really understands the anatomy and physiology. She uses a variety of modalities to provide relief and get you moving properly again. During my visit, she used several different tools to help breakup adhesions that I have most likely been walking around with for decades. I am really looking forward to future visits, so we can continue to make progress and increase my mobility and flexibility.
