Usually a client of the Glèbe location for massage therapy, I accidentally booked Acupuncture at the Beechwood location thinking I booked a massage! I’ve had great experiences with my massages at this location in the past and the Glebe location especially with my prenatal massages, which is why I’ve continued to return postpartum. However, I had an unfortunate encounter during my last visit that left me feeling unsettled and wondering if there was some form of bias in the way the situation was handled/how I was treated. Serah from the Beechwood location is incredible. I had my first appointment this week at 31 weeks pregnant and she made me feel so comfortable. She gave lots of options to accommodate my growing belly, informed me about the specifics of prenatal massage, and eased my anxiety throughout the whole appointment. Her techniques were amazing and I left feeling physically and mentally great. Would highly recommend!
