Shiho Okai was and is amazing. This was first time seeing her. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in and while in treatment. Her pressure is on point and the relief I felt after. Weeks being in pain due to work and life, I felt melted away. I already pre-booked my next two appointments. It's hard to find good RMT in Ottawa she's a gem!!
Kristen's amazing for prenatal and regular massages! Every visit's super relaxing, accommodating, and I always leave feeling wonderful. She's really professional, great to chat with, and knows tons about the body and health. If you're currently pregnant, seriously, get on her waitlist!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Anna Belanger & Associates. I called in sick on the morning of my appointment expecting even a minimal level of understanding, but was told there were absolutely no options to reschedule and was still charged the full amount despite giving notice. Their rigid policy and total lack of empathy or basic customer care were unacceptable and made it clear that client well being isn’t a priority.
