I have been to a better dietitian in Florida so I notice the difference. The one at RBWJ prints out something she finds off Google instead of putting together a meal plan geared toward my health issues. She also knew I couldn’t have acidic food and that’s the plan she gave me. She then told me to fix it to what I need. That’s why I came to her because I wasn’t sure what triggered things.
