There’s a receptionist that we spoke to Today that was extremely rude. When you’re speaking to a customer who is calling for help and your tone is demanding and disrespectful. You should rethink your work ethic! I’ll be putting in a formal complaint regarding that lady we spoke to today. 100% unprofessional, leaves everything last minute no communication whatsoever. Do you think we would put our lives in their hands? they expect people to pay big bucks for their 2min review of your case. I have zero confidence in this firm.
Excellent and very educated staff, i cannot put into words how much Ann herself has helped me, i can not recommend any other firm as highly as Ann's.
