Very BIASED towards what type of customer they want to help. I'm not going to use the harsh word that I should use. I'll be going to North Park from now on.
I stopped in here on Sunday, 9/27 around 1:30pm. I was running to the grocery and decided that since I didn't have my kids with me, I'd stop in Ann T to look for something to wear to a head shot photoshoot I have this week. I didn't have any makeup on, I was dressed in Nike head to toe and had my hair pulled back. The staff in this store was so rude and not one of them said hello to me or asked if I needed assistance. Unused to love Ann Taylor, until today. I’m placing an order I get a message that I needed to correct something I order to ensure I got my order .... an address that they claimed was not recognized by the USPS. Well I know USPS is bad, however I did a check in my cc to find that they deducted the $ for the order..... the order is still sitting in my card and they tell me 3-5 days for a refund. I can understand the 3-5 days however NO order was processed and the funds were taken.... beware when ordering for this sounds fraudu... read more
