I am a designer that has worked with Ann Sacks for several years. The Troy showroom and their staff are exceptional with customer service..... not to mention the exciting products on display!
Beautiful tile selections, however, terrible and unprofessional customer service. No greeting, very rude, and the representative didn't ask if I needed any help and he was on his phone the entire time 👎🏼
