Love this company!! Finally found a bra that fits! I live in very south Mississippi and usually stop when on my way north to visit relatives.
I feel bad for those that had a bad experience but my trip there was wonderful. I needed a specialty bra for my wedding dress and a friend recommended that I go there. It was a great experience and they had a wonderful selection. The salesperson helping me was very pleasant and took her time with me. This was also on an exceptionally busy Saturday as they had an event going on at the same time. I never felt rushed and was pleased with my service and my purchase. I would recommend.
Hi wanted to let you know i love the store, always get good service..and they have great bras expecially for larger women like me that are hard to find..
I love the store.. I drive a long way just to shop here..I have always been treated with respect and kindness when i was there.. I have NEVER seen the help rude..in all my many visits. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait to get fitted.. but that in its self tells how many people love to shop here.. The store is always busy everytime i go.. I went to Ann's today because my girlfriend told me that I need to get in some new bras cause my "girls" we not wre they belong. I walk in and was greeted right away by a few of the ladies that work there. They asked what I was looking for and began to measure me. As I was fitted like everyone else I was also in the wrong size. The fitter brought me several bras to try on and I found about 4 bras that I liked. My girls are perky!!! :) After having gained 20 lbs post surgery I went to Ann's to see if there was any hope. I had the owner and another associate help me try on dozens of bras till I was comfortable with the fits. (I was elated that there were fans in the dressing rooms!!!) Nice attention to detail:) I left thrilled with my bras...also got a bathingsuit that I didn't need but loved, some spanx to help with the back end of the 20 lbs and cute matching panties. I went to Ann's in the hope of finding a bra that would fit my saggy girls, after several children thought it was hopeless. I am glad I went, the ladies not only knew their stuff, they were fun to work with. Not sure of the bad reviews below but my visits was an eye-opener! I will recommend to all my friends!
Today I visited Ann's Bra Shop out in Chesterfield. I am so HAPPY that I went. The all the ladys made me feel great. I had to have a strapless bra for a certain dress and they were able to fit me even though Victoria Secrets was not. I am not an unusal size and I am VERY please with the service and the help that I received at Ann's. I will recommend Ann's to all my friends.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY OWNER ...CATHERINE BURNS – My daughter and I were revisiting Ann's Bra Shop for the second time during her pregnancy- she is 8 months pregnant. I have shopped at Ann's for 25+ years and I have referred MANY customers. While my daughter was in the fitting room, Catherine walked by and asked how she was doing..I replied that she is miserable.
