Great experience with the team at Ann Roche. Purchased two MADirondack chairs over the phone on Monday. I was just about to call today to go pick them up when Nancy called me to say that she "sensed I was about to call" and, as she was out and about on deliveries, wouldn't be at the store for me to pick them up. So she offered to deliver them for free (after also providing a significant discount for paying by check instead of credit card)! I purchased Adirondack chairs 2 years ago and most recently an outdoor furniture set with cushions. In both experiences the service was great and if you are in the market for upscale furniture don’t hesitate to visit their showroom. The salesperson spent quite a lot of time with me to coordinate my new furniture with my previous purchase. Any emails were responded to in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ann Roche.

I have had good experiences at this store. They seemed to have the largest selection of higher-end outdoor furniture in the area and I ended up purchasing my wicker porch furniture there (about 5 years ago). I was just about to check out their website for new products and was surprised by the negative reviews, but I do recall they weren't great at returning emails. Was a family run business last time I was there.
