I have had good experiences at this store. They seemed to have the largest selection of higher-end outdoor furniture in the area and I ended up purchasing my wicker porch furniture there (about 5 years ago). I was just about to check out their website for new products and was surprised by the negative reviews, but I do recall they weren't great at returning emails. Was a family run business last time I was there.

Space is limited to offer many options. Wound up buying a poolside umbrella online, less expensive and similar if not better quality.
