My wife and I purchased porch furniture and opted for new, not floor model, and agreed to pay extra for shipping. Waited, not a problem, for several weeks for the 'new' furniture to arrive. Called Ann Roche twice in the meantime and was told both times, the furniture hasn't arrived yet.
