My wife and I purchased porch furniture and opted for new, not floor model, and agreed to pay extra for shipping. Waited, not a problem, for several weeks for the 'new' furniture to arrive. Called Ann Roche twice in the meantime and was told both times, the furniture hasn't arrived yet. They did call eventually to say the new furniture was 'in', Went to pick it up and it was very obvious they were trying to give me the floor sample.
