Our little one had unexpected complications during a scheduled surgery. The Lurie's team - doctors, nurses, staff were amazing and helped us get through a difficult time. They even helped us celebrate his first birthday while we were still there. Thank you!
I wish that I didn't have to say anything negative but I have to be truthful. Shortly after we checked in, I was informed that they 'didn't receive our doctors order for a test'. Mind you, the initial order was already misplaced. So the second time our doctors office faxed in the order, I spoke with the gal at Luries and she confirmed that she received it and I was able to proceed to schedule my daughter's appointment.
