Ann is professional, kind, and highly knowledgable. It is rare to find a physical therapist who provides 1:1 skilled care without using aids and assistants. Highly recommend Ann!
Ann Pappas is just amazing! She helped me last minute just days before running the Boston Marathon. I wouldn’t have made it to the finish line without her! I will always recommend her.
Annie is amazing. I have gone to see her many times for back, neck and calf spasms. Each time she has done dry needling and I immediately felt relief. I have had dry needling done at another location and it was a very bad experience. Annie always uses other techniques while I am there and teaches me the appropriate exercises that I need to do to prevent future muscle spasms. 100% I am a fan!
Annie took the time to diagnose and explain my frozen shoulder issue, gave me very helpful exercises, as well as therapy in her office. She is a pleasure to work with, and she is very understanding about the painful parts of the healing process...helps me to get through it and improve.
Ann is great. She helped me rehab my shoulder and I really enjoyed chatting with her during our time together. I was almost sad my PT came to an end! Highly recommend!
