I tried a few other RMTs first. Some were really knowledgeable about the underlying issues and great at teaching me stretches or other tips to help limit problems, others great at a really relaxing massage, others at creating a very comfortable environment. Ann is among the best in all those areas at the same time. She also is one of the kindest people I've ever met.

I was looking for a new RMT in or near Kitchener downtown, where my office is. A colleague of mine mentioned Ann Oaks RMT. My first experience was great! She is thorough and professional. I felt relief after my first massage and have taken 3 more since. She worked her magic on my stiff neck shoulders and back, and gave me some helpful stretching tips. Where do I begin with how amazing Ann is? For starters, at my first appointment, she laid out exactly how every appointment goes. From what to do when you first enter, to when to undress and how she’ll enter the room respectfully, to what to do at the end once she’s finished. After my 1st treatment with Ann I was ready to book again. I really appreciated her approach to therapy and also the ease of booking online. Already booked my 2nd appointment and, because she's good - she's busy, so I'm booking my 3rd too!
