Ann-Marie has been fantastic in helping me cope with ongoing symptoms of endometriosis! In addition, she was a great support when I went through a stressful life and career transition. Acupuncture is one of my go-to self care tools and Ann-Marie is wonderfully warm and gentle. I feel nurtured and supported in her hands.

Ann-Marie is a great practitioner of acupuncture and other eastern healing practices (i.e., cupping). I saw her for a number of visits around sport related ailments (shoulder and back mainly) and found relief, long lasting relief that gave me the ability to work on those areas from a conditioning standpoint thereby strengthening the joints in my shoulders and developing core stability.
