I love how Ann keeps us informed with her news letters, explaining things in ENGLISH!
I had 2 years of taxes to do and they somehow crossed the years and so the irs ended up sending me updated payments that looked nothing like what they had come up with. After calling and trying to get them to help me figure it out 3 different times im still waiting 2 weeks later for a phone call. Honestly just go to h&r block if you want better than these people.

I met Ann at a BNI event and really enjoyed getting to know her. I knew when it was time to change CPA's, I was going with Ann. A couple years later Ann's "shop" has added another CPA and we were assigned to Adam. He was no nonsense and easy to talk with. I walked out of his office knowing something I didn't know before, which is a win for me. We felt like the pricing was fair and the office staff was really wonderful to work with. HIGHLY recomend!
I’ve had a good experience here moat years, but I feel a MORAL OBLIGATION to tell you to avoid seeing Fay/Fei. She went through my LEGITIMATE business expenses looking for reasons to reduce the write off. Example: not letting me write off my entire internet bill even though I have it exclusively to work at home. No accountant has ever done that.
