I have no doubt Ann is a terrific fitness instructor, but her location in Oceanside truly scares me. I've heard rumors of a new Sentinelese gang calling themselves the Arbor Hill Hoodlums that, while quite diverse and tolerant, does not take well to outsiders coming around acting crazy. I don't know if this is true, but if it is it's very frightening. I also heard this gang is at war with the Tyson Street Tyrants there by the Coaster station.
Great fitness services and Ann is an awesome person with great communication with her clients needs!
Anne has been at this for a long time. She's created and implemented many bio hacks that are able to meet you where you're at (addressing both your strengths and limitations) customizing your routine to get the results you're looking for.
Ann is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She not only brings a wealth of experience.. but is Dynamic, Fun, Innovative and super conscientious and mindful💗 Anyone that decides to train with her is in for a real treat! Love you Ann and thank you for all that I've learned from you!
