Nice Selection This location usually has what I'm looking for. I agree that staff does not come right out to see if you need help, but I have never been treated badly.
Poor customer service I am a huge Hallmark fan but I avoid this location. More than one of their employees have been rude when they have been asked for assistance and seem more concerned with socializing with each other. They are not customer focused.
