I loved coming to physical therapy here. My progress was steady and appropriate. I am now pain free and back to doing normal activities.
I have lumbar spondylolisthesis and cervical stenosis. I use a walker or a cane when I flare-up and sometimes lose my range of motion on my neck. The physical therapy exercises I had to do during my sessions helped me gain my mobility back. I have my life back pain free. A big THANK YOU to Anne, Rebecca and Jake for putting up with me complaining while I do the exercises 🤣🥰 I love and looking forward to going to PT as it’s a friendly atmosphere and they make the exercises fun and sometimes competitive.
