As a first time home buyer my experience with Ann couldn't be worse. Very unresponsive and not straight forward about what to expect. We were charged double the original lender fee the day before closing saying theres nothing she can do.
Ann was efficient, thorough, and always responded to my questions quickly. She and Jeff Pulkowski always kept me in the loop with the documents I needed to provide and gave me a great interest rate. As a first-time homebuyer, they set my mind at ease and gave me the best options for my specific situation. I highly recommend them and CMG for mortgages.
Ann is a horrible loan officer. She knew she was leaving her current company to go elsewhere and left my refinance hanging. Never answered emailed. Never called us. Lied to her manager and assistant saying she had important conversations About our loan with us she never had. She missed Submission deadline after deadline and never took any blame.
