Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been amazingly thorough, kind and knowledgeable. They clearly know their products, running and the community, and genuinely seem to care about making sure their customers get the best shoes or gear for their needs! I also appreciate that, from what I have experienced and observed, the staff treats customers of ALL ages and sizes with the same level of respect and excellent customer service.

My girlfriend and I went in to get fitted for new shoes, and we were blown away by the customer service. The rep working with us, Ian, was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was very patient and brought out tons of options for us to try out, and seemed genuinely interested in our feedback on each pair of shoes, finally getting us each into the perfect pair.
