The Ann Arbor classic bike swamp meet is something my father and I look forward to every year. We have attended every show since 1994. I am 39 years old now and still enjoy making the 2 hour round trip to the swamp meet. We spent 2-3 hours at the show and we always come home with something.
I don't know about now, but 20 + years ago this was a great experience for a little kid. We would travel from Columbus Ohio yearly to enjoy the weekend here. It was like camping, we would sell Schwinn bikes and parts, do some shopping of our own and enjoy some of the fun alternative stuff you can do. Still remember clearly cooking eggs on a cast iron over the fire, slap those on kings hawaiian rolls with cheese. Ah!
