We needed to replace the frame on our sofa-bed and went to Anmarcos. What a great store with amazing and helpful staff! Drove from Nanaimo to Courtenay today as I was looking to buy a couple of recliners. I have been in the store before and had excellent service, so I was happy to return. I'm or sure what changed but I was all but ignored. One woman finally asked me if I was just looking and I told her I knew what I wanted and she basically just walked away. I like the people at Anmarcos, and my wife bought a mattress there. But I heard on a radio commercial that they claim to be the only ones to sell exclusively flippable mattresses. I believe John’s Bedroom Barn does too. In fact, I bought my mattresses at John's. I should add that Anmarcos sold me a great dining room table and chairs. I say "great" because the style was classical, the quality fine, and the price was very reasonable.
If I could give them more than five starts I would. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed and they were so friendly and helpful. The quality of the couch is amazing. And the deliver was perfect. I will be going back.
