They do not hire workers, so you can't reach anyone. However my first orders went well. I now have a custom order not fulfilled after 25 days and no status of order, but they took my money. Can you say a D**m Shame on here!

Ordered mine in May. After a few emails finalizing the final sketch. It arrived a couple of weeks later. It was fantastic how it turned out. Had it flying at pirate days at the lake.

Googled flag manufacturers and found Anley. Took a chance, and placed an order because they had the best price. The proofs were submitted for my approval a few days later. Twenty days after that, I had my flags in hand. Both designs were very nicely done, heavier-duty than I expected, so I could have made-do with single-sided flags. But for a few bucks more, why not go first class? Sleeves at side were a bit wider than I requested, but it all still works well. Notice that they don't say where the flags are made. American flags should NOT BE MADE IN CHINA.

Ordered a flag here in September of my units symbol so we could fly it while deployed, have not received any information from them, I have emailed multiple times asking for any information. This company has stolen my money and ran. I would never order from here again.
