The doctor my husband saw was quite helpful. The office staff is not!! If you don’t have friendly staff to help you fix a bill that they screwed up, you’re going to lose patients!! There are other places with better staff!!
I really enjoyed them. They was so nice and treated me so good.
Dr. Kevin is the best anyone could ask for but that rude lady Katrina that answers the phone really needs some customer service skills. She is super rude for no reason whatsoever! I called for a same day appointment and was told he never sees same day…I’m like I’ve done same day in the past. So can I be placed on cancellation list. There is no cancellation list.
