Id give no star, the lack of supervision amongst employees to children is unbelievable the way they talk to the children is uncanny. The employees lie on reports and feel uncomfortable during adressments of incidents if proven wrong and do not regulate the children correctly. Parents use cation and choose somewhere else. My daughter was in a meltdown and un cared for when 3 children said she bit a girl to see if she would get into trouble. I spent 40 mins deffusing the situation as the staff members did nothing. I have zero complaints about this daycare facility. Everybody was really kind, professional, organized, and my child loved going there. We look forward to working with them again after the summer is over.

We love our Ankeny KinderCare! Our son has been attending since he was 4 months old, and it's been nothing but a great experience for us. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure our son is safe and loved while in their care. They have persevered throughout the Covid craziness, and have always put us at ease with their safety and sanitary practices and protocols, which includes temperature checks, wearing masks, hand washing often (even for the little ones), and disinfecting frequently to ensure the safe... read more
