Purchased two couches late 2023. One leg broke off less than six months later when the couch was sat on. Contacted Anka but they had no interest in rectifying or helping in any way. Even blamed me. It was just lucky no one was injured. Wouldn't consider purchasing from their store again given their lack of care and poor resolution skills. I've no choice but to refer this to Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Bought a sofa bed from them at a discounted price. Was really reasonably priced and it’s surprisingly good. Easy to assemble as well compared to IKEA. Their delivery schedule was spot on. I like that they didn’t hard sell me when I visited their showroom.
I ordered a sofa bed and got them to deliver and assemble it (an extra $80 in total for those services). I would highly recommend this store because it is really good and legit. In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical/thinking it was a scam because the prices are really good-interacted with them in Facebook Marketplace.
