Very disappointing experience. A mattress advertised as 153 × 203 cm somehow measures under 200 cm after unpacking — apparently this is considered “normal”. I followed the advice to wait 3–5 days for it to expand. After doing exactly that, there was still no meaningful change. Do not trust or buy anything from here. They sent me a second hand sofa with material creased and stain on the back. They then pursued to tell me its not a major fault so bad luck. AVOID THIS FURNITURE PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! QUALITY AND SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE

Purchased two couches late 2023. One leg broke off less than six months later when the couch was sat on. Contacted Anka but they had no interest in rectifying or helping in any way. Even blamed me. It was just lucky no one was injured. Wouldn't consider purchasing from their store again given their lack of care and poor resolution skills. I've no choice but to refer this to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
