Where do I start. The miscommunication from this spa was top notch. Not once, but 4 times we were told (on the phone home and in person at the appt) that my wife and daughter could have a massage in the same room. They notified us they couldn’t do the massage but could do a facial instead. Ok, in the same room? Yes. We get there and they proceed to state they cannot do the facial in the same room.
