Where do I start. The miscommunication from this spa was top notch. Not once, but 4 times we were told (on the phone home and in person at the appt) that my wife and daughter could have a massage in the same room. They notified us they couldn’t do the massage but could do a facial instead. Ok, in the same room? Yes. We get there and they proceed to state they cannot do the facial in the same room. 3 years post surgery I had given up on any further recovery happening. And then I found Kristen at Anjou! I have seen significant improvement to my ankle in the last month, in both functionality and pain level. Beyond any expectation I had. I highly recommend Kristen and Anjou Spa.
she was absolutely amazing! I have arthritis all over, my hands constantly ache even with the medicine I take, after she massaged my hands they didn't ache at all for the first time in years.
The ambiance is very relaxing. No pressure to buy their products. Staff helpful. Typically need to book weeks in advance but not so much now.
I just called to see if we could get a massage today and the receptionist said they’re fully booked. She offered services tomorrow and I said we’re unavailable tomorrow and she just hung up on me. Very rude!
Such a peaceful place and great staff.
