Shelby provides a healing experience for mind, body and soul. I have been going to Shelby for over 4 years. She has worked with me through injuries, stress of life changes and significant trauma. In each and every event Shelby has brought healing to me on so many levels. She is intuitive, sensitive and attentive to my needs. I visit her multiple times a month and benefit in new ways each visit. Shelby truly has a gift!

I highly recommend Shelby at Anjali Massage and Integrative Bodywork to anyone in Central Oregon who is looking for a high-quality massage. She made me feel comfortable right away, listening to what I wanted out of my session, and I ended up receiving one of the best massages I've ever had. Not only was I impressed with the massage but also her lovely studio- a comfortable, and incredibly soothing environment, convenient downtown location, and all at a fair price. I cannot recommend Shelby and her services enough.
