Throughout the months, I received several emails assuring me that they'll be done 'by the end of next week at the latest'. It seemed like they were overwhelmed and if that was the case, I would have understood if they turned me away. Got my taxes done there for years and I truly regret it. Rates are way higher than other tax agencies/accounting firms that I’m sure offer better service. The communication is poor and delayed in many instances. You have to reach out multiple times especially to consult with Anita Conner & she either doesn’t respond or takes weeks or months to get back to you. The front desk receptionist is no help.
