I wish I could give Anita more than 5 stars as she was absolutely wonderful to work with. Anita is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire mortgage process. She was very responsive and constantly kept us updated. What really stood out most was how clearly everything was explained - this was especially helpful since this was our first time purchasing a home. We really could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Anita.
Anita and her team are incredible. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had a thousand questions, all of the time. They made me feel comfortable asking and went above and beyond to reassure me of the process and give guidance. They are so on the ball and are there for you right away. Anita at Assured Mortgage Services was able to obtain a mortgage for me when I was turned down by all other brokerages due to being self employed with a limited credit history. Anita made my first home purchase possible and was always available to assist and explain any issues that arose. I would feel confident recommending her to anyone looking for a mortgage.
We have now used Anita twice, once for purchase and now for renewal. Just as before, exceptional service! We were always made to feel important and that she and Darlene were on top of things! Thanks again for the great support! Highly recommend Anita Groves, we were not an easy, quick approval but she made it happen!! Friendly, professional, yet personable as well.
