I trust Anita Bains. I refer my clients when they need help. She has many tools like EFT, Kinesiology to get to the root rather quickly, and resolving issues. She is warm and personable as well.
I adore Ms. Anita! She is like the best friend you never knew you had (But, she has multiple degrees & knows what shes doing). Anita was kind when I needed it & asked tough questions when appropriate. She doesn't believe in a lifetime of therapy, & is an amazing person to work with while working though/overcoming trauma of any kind ( & YOU CAN! :) ). I highly recommmend her to everyone, even internet people.
