This was my personal experience during a business transaction as the seller. Unfortunately, I found the process extremely stressful and far more delayed than expected. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. You call this guy, reception is unhelpful, once you get on the phone with him unsure of your case says he is going to check and ring back never rings. Been waiting since December/January for a call back.
