I used Anis for my first ever car rental and it was such a smooth process. Paperwork was done in 5 mins and the car handed out to me was in great condition. Got the deposit refund by next day of drop off. Def coming back again

Absolutely unacceptable service. I rented a vehicle from this company in January and incurred a toll while using the car. As is standard practice, the toll notices were sent to the rental company first. According to Revenue NSW, multiple notices were issued, yet the rental company failed to forward a single one to me. Six months later, I received a call advising that I now owe a $231 fine because the toll remained unpaid.
