We booked a van three weeks in advance for two days. During the booking process, I confirmed three separate times that we would return the van the next day in the evening, between 7–8 pm. They assured me that this was fine. On the day of return, I even called again to confirm that we would be bringing the van back between 7–8 pm, since we had work early the following morning and could not wait until the next day.
