They say they sell at market value and have a 20% discount, but they actually sell at more than double the price. Dramatically overpaid for a Blu-ray on 2 separate occasions a year apart. Not gonna test it again. Edit: Neither were Special Editions, neither were out of print, and I don't live nearby. Also, the first time, the clerk reached for my card when I asked how much something costs.
Great selection. Store looks cluttered at first but there is no organized way to show off THIS much merchandise and media. I primarily came in to look for SH Figuarts and they had a lot of the event exclusives, Tamashii store exclusives + more to shop for. Plenty of manga, pins, statues, merch, and cards. PS for collectors they had a lot of newer figures still in shipping boxes which is a great value add.
